一開始以為是甜點,
雖然名為"布丁"但是口感卻和布丁完全不同,
吃起來像是鬆軟的麵包、雞蛋糕一般,
原來是搭配烤牛肉的,
鬆軟的麵包沾著醬汁食用~
所需材料:
1.蛋一顆
2.牛奶3/4杯
3.中筋麵粉3/4杯
4.橄欖油1/4杯
5.鹽少許
烤模是用最小的Muffine烤盤,
材料的分量剛好考一盤,
烤箱溫度425F約烤10分鐘
*做法參考果味山的小湯匙,
烤箱中開始膨脹
剛出爐的約克夏布丁
從備料到烘烤完成不到約30分鐘,
是一道好吃又容易做的點心,
剛出爐的約克夏布丁外酥內軟,
帶著奶蛋的香味,
因為size不大,
Christine一口氣就吃了4、5個,
不過這種點心Christine還是喜歡吃甜的,
下次要來試試沾蜂蜜、楓糖、或是果醬,
還有直接在麵糊裡加上些甜的配料,
味道應該也會不錯!

口感真的還不錯像是QQ的雞蛋糕,你要做的話模子用大一點會更好,太小的吃起來會有點空空的~
I did it but no taste bc no sugar added? well......i didn't really like it maybe should try with sweets!
According to wikipedia, it is usually served with roast beef, chicken, or any meal in which there is gravy. That's why there is no sugar in the recipe and you felt no taste...
So I added rasberry jam...
